Great range of cloths to choose from and it’s sales 50% off. Exceptional customer services. staff here are so nice to customers and you can see smiles everywhere. Toni was amazing , great personality , definitely visiting this superstore again. Thanks again Toni amazing personality.

There's a great range of products here. Handy having changing rooms too. Always a queue to check out, but I suppose its a sign of a busy store.

Nice shop, the price are good,high quality. I found the baby cloth the sizes are to big for some items and to small for others but really good quality. Around 5pm wasn't that busy,good to shop around.

Mataln has got better quality stuff than many other retail stores like primark and even M& S. As M & S is bit expensive. Kids clothing section has huge collection and no issues with sizes availability apart from School uniform. School uniform stuff is better than, George, F&F and Primak. And prices are almost same. Good collection of house stuff too. Free parking upto 2 hours. You have to pay and you can claim it once you go to check outs.

If paying by card ok but self service which not everyone can do or want to do. If paying by cash, collecting or returning, diabolical. One, sometimes two serving which takes absolutely ages. Always a long queue. Matalan are now charging to click and collect! So we have to pay to stand in a queue for ages. Brilliant!

I go there for homeware + women's clothes as very reasonably priced but can be hit and miss that they've got the size you want in stock or have to hunt through the whole rail as sizes not in any order. Good luck finding what you want in the women's multi knicker packs - not arranged by type or size?! Have to use self-serve tills for card payments and tends to be only one cashier for online returns / exchanges or cash payments
